Where do I get Scapper?

Scapper has been submitted to the Chrome Web Store and is awaiting review. This page will link to it as soon as it is live.

Scapper found nothing on my page

Open the Scapper panel first, then reload the page. Scapper can only see data the page loads while the panel is open. If it still finds nothing, try "Reload and capture" in the panel.

What is the difference between Captured and Read?

Captured means Scapper found the data file the chart is drawn from, so values match the source. Read means Scapper hovered over the chart and collected the values it showed. Read results can miss points or be rounded.

Why does Chrome say "started debugging this browser"?

That bar appears only when you use "Reload and capture" and confirm it. Chrome shows it while Scapper reads the data the page downloads. It goes away when the reload finishes.

Does Scapper send my data anywhere?

No. Everything stays in your browser. See the privacy policy.

Is it free?

Yes, during early access.
